Film actor Junior N T Rama Rao donated Rs 1 crore for the flood relief operations in the two Telugu states. He donated Rs 50 lakh to each Telugu states to take up relief works in the flood-affected areas.
Junior NTR took to the social media to express his sympathies with the flood victims. He said that the floods and the plight of the victims have caused pain to him. He expressed confidence that people of the two Telugu states would come out of this trouble very soon. He also expressed confidence that the two governments would work hard to give relief to the victims.
Another actor Jonnalagadda Sidhu also donated Rs 30 lakh to the flood relief works in the two Telugu states. He announced Rs 15 lakh to each of the two Telugu states. He sent the money to the chief minister’s relief fund and expressed confidence that the money would help restore life in the flood-hit areas.
Actor Vishwaksen announced Rs 10 lakh to the chief minister’s relief fund. He sent Rs 5 lakh each to the Andhra Pradesh and Telangana chief ministers. He said that he was moved by the plight of the Telugu people in the two Telugu states. The videos and photos from the flood-hit areas have moved him, he said in the social media post.
Actor and director Venki Atluri also donated Rs 10 lakh to the flood victims in the two Telugu states. He sent Rs 5 lakh each to the chief ministers of Andhra Pradesh and Telangana states. He expressed confidence that his help would bring some change in the lives of the victims. He sympathized with the flood victims.
Director Trivikram, producers S Radhakrishna and S Nagavamsi also donated Rs 50 lakh to the two Telugu states. They sent Rs 25 lakh each to the Andhra Pradesh and Telangana states. They said that they were moved by the plight of the victims who have been suffering from the floods and inundation.
