Former Rajahmundry MP Margani Bharat criticized Chandrababu Naidu for repeatedly spreading false claims, even after being proven wrong, regarding the Tirumala laddu issue.
Speaking to the media at the party central office, Margani Bharat stated that Chandrababu Naidu made baseless allegations about adulteration in the preparation of the Tirumala laddu, and when these claims were disproved, he shifted the focus to YS Jagan Mohan Reddy’s visit to Tirupati.
Bharat revealed that there was a conspiracy to cause unrest during Jagan’s Tirupati visit, with BJP workers being brought in from neighboring states to disrupt the event. Meanwhile, the police issued notices to YSRCP leaders from Rayalaseema and placed them under house arrest to prevent them from attending.
Due to concerns for peace and security, Jagan decided to postpone his visit. Bharat criticized Naidu for continuing to spread lies even after the postponement, highlighting how Naidu had no clear answers when questioned about the alleged adulteration in the ghee used for the laddu
Bharat also mentioned that, under Jagan’s direction, prayers were conducted in temples across the state to ensure that Chandrababu’s misdeeds did not affect the people. He further questioned Naidu’s commitment to Hindu values, pointing out his past actions, including demolishing the historic thousand-pillared mandapam at Tirumala, and asked how the BJP could ignore these contradictions.
