Minister for Human Resources and IT, Nara Lokesh, said that he would soon open the third chapter in the Red Book. He said that the government had implemented the first two chapters in the last four months. Those who violated the rule of law in the state during the YSR Congress government were punished in the last four months, he said.
Lokesh, who is currently in the US tour, unveiled the NTR statue at Atlanta. Later, addressing the Telugu people, Lokesh said that former chief minister Y S Jagan Mohan Reddy is scared of the Red Book. He said that Jagan Mohan Reddy was now speaking about Good Book. He doesn’t know what to write in the book, he said.
He said that his government would not leave anyone whoever violated the rule and acted as the YSR Congress activist during the YSR Congress government in the last five years. He said that the officials, particularly, the police have troubled him during his Yuva Galam padayatra.
The police issued look out notices those who posted in the social media, he said. He further added that those whoever posted in the social media nailing the government’s failures were arrested and sent to jail. They would have to pay back in this government, he said.
Lokesh said that the present NDA government in Andhra Pradesh was taking welfare and development at a time. He said that the ministers were working hard to bring new investments to the state. There would be more investors in the state in the years to come, he said.
Stating that late N T Rama Rao showed how to take welfare and development together, Lokesh maintained that the present government was working on those lines to develop the state and take care of the people.
He thanked the NRIs for supporting the TDP in the recent elections in the state. He also wanted them to support the development works in the state. He wanted more NRIs to come back to the state and invest. He extended cooperation from the state government.
