YSR Congress State Coordinator Sajjala Ramakrishna Reddy urged party leaders, cadre, and supporters to actively participate in state-wide protests on December 27, opposing the increased electricity charges imposed by the coalition government.
Addressing the party leaders and cadre through a teleconference, Sajjala emphasized the need to stand united for the welfare of all sections of society and to mount pressure on the government to roll back the hike and submit representations through peaceful rallies. The protests will be held across all Assembly constituency centres.
He also called on district presidents to coordinate effectively and ensure the success of the program. Additionally, he encouraged the party to organize service activities on December 21 to celebrate the birthday of YSRCP President YS Jagan Mohan Reddy, showcasing the public’s unwavering admiration for his leadership.
Addressing recent harassment of social media activists, Sajjala assured immediate legal aid through the party’s legal cell and emphasized protecting activists’ rights as per High Court orders.
