Former minister Kakani Govardhan Reddy strongly criticized the TDP coalition government for its decision to privatize new medical colleges, calling it a terrible move and condemned the Chief Minister’s remarks against former Chief Minister Jagan Mohan Reddy, stating that Jagan did not push for privatization of medical colleges.

Speaking to the media at the party central office, the former minister slammed Naidu for his remarks of poster on YS Jagan stating that the people are ready to stick the “Super Six” poster on Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu and, if permitted by security, parade him on a donkey.  He said that the public is ready to confront Naidu for his actions and described his governance as “100 days of failure” stating that CM Naidu is using diversion tactics to cover up his shortcomings.

Kakani condemned Naidu’s poor handling of floods in Budameru and Yeleru, saying the government failed to warn the public or take preventive steps. Instead of helping flood victims, Naidu focused on publicity stunts and meetings with officials. He recalled Naidu taking shelter in a bus after his illegal house on the Karakatta riverbank was submerged, calling it a disgraceful act. Kakani said CM Naidu has been spreading false propaganda, claiming that YSRCP leaders planned to damage the Prakasam Barrage and questioned the credibility of Naidu’s words, stating that his 100-day rule brought only chaos and destruction.

He said Naidu has not fulfilled promises, such as recruiting 16,437 teachers through Mega DSC and the process was stalled. He also stated that Naidu misled people about the Land Titling Act and falsely took credit for Polavaram funds, which were secured by the YSRCP government. Kakani also slammed Nara Lokesh for not solving the petitions received during the public durbar.
